The first: The information displayed when registering a CDS account is incorrect, and the registration fails
Solution:
In this case, it is usually because the information is filled in incorrectly. You need to confirm whether the address is correct, such as capitalization, punctuation, etc. If there is an error, you can modify it online by yourself, and there is no need to call the tax bureau to communicate.
Second: It shows that the EORI number cannot be bound to this Gateway ID account
Solution:
This situation is mainly because the seller already has a CDS account registered with a Gateway ID under the account, and it has been bound, but the seller has never operated it and has not applied for a CDS account.
Then it is very likely that your logistics company once applied for a CDS account for you separately for the convenience of customs clearance when you shipped.
At this time, we can find the logistics company we have cooperated with and ask for the Gateway ID account and password, or call the tax bureau to get back the account information or request to reset the CDS function of the EORI account, so that it can be re-bound to the new Gateway ID account.
Third: The EORI number shows no association
Solution:
The company's EORI number and Gateway ID cannot be associated, or there are 2 EORI numbers, one of which is an incorrect EORI number connected to the CDS account;
At this time, we need to call the tax bureau to explain and ask to bind the correct Gateway ID, or cancel the wrong EORI number.

1. Failed registration may be due to the transfer of agents. The original VAT account and EORI account are tied together, but the VAT account is reset by the new agent, while the EORI account is still in the original account. 2.
