It has come to our attention that some sellers have not yet completed the compliance process, in order to ensure that your battery-containing products can continue to be sold in the EU marketplace, please be sure to check your registration status and complete the platform verification immediately!

Quick self-check for sellers! Which status do you belong to?

✅ A seller who has completed registration but has not uploaded verification? Please submit your EPR number in the background, otherwise the registration is equal to nothing! 

1, upload verification, upload inlet please select according to the country 

Germany/Netherlands/Poland/Sweden/Ireland: it is recommended to submit through [Account Status > Regulatory Compliance] 

Belgium/Spain/Italy: submit through [Account Status > Submit Compliance Information] 

Note: 

① If the number is changed due to re-registration of the German AR (Authorized Representative) issue, please make sure to update the number.

When submitting the EPR number of the battery you registered for your store, do not check the “I am not the producer” checkbox.

③Make sure that the registration information can be found on the website of the authoritative registration organization before submitting.

The Netherlands Special Note: Chinese sellers can use the value-added tax (VAT) number instead of the KVK number for upload verification.

2、Audit Result Processing 

Under Audit: You will receive the audit result within 5 working days.

Approved: Congratulations you have completed the compliance requirements, please ensure that the subsequent declaration on time.

Rejected: You can refer to the following table to self-check the reasons for rejection and suggestions.

3、Germany AR Binding Confirmation 

Login to EAR official website to check the registration information and confirm the inclusion of AR information, if there is no AR information, you must re-register!

✅ Sellers in the process of registration 

① Immediately confirm the progress of registration with your service provider 

② Immediately submit the registration to the Amazon platform after completion 

✅ Sellers who have not yet registered 

① High-risk reminder: time is very tight! Please start the registration process immediately, or you will face: products containing batteries are taken off the shelves, inventory backlog loss, sales disruption impact.

② special handling: if you think the product does not contain batteries, you can appeal through seller support, please provide product manuals and other supporting documents.

Login to Seller Center to check the EPR status; confirm the validity of the registration number; confirm the validity of the registration number; track the results of the audit.
